It’s now the beginning of August, and I’m thrilled to be introducing a new recurring episode to the podcast. The first episode of every month with be an informative discussion with Ellen Bayens of The Celiac Scene. Ellen searches the internet (and everywhere else) to find informative articles and studies about celiac disease and the gluten free diet.
